Established since 1995
West 4×4 was established in 1995 when founder Mark West first began to buy and sell Land Rovers and Land Rover parts. Having worked on Land Rovers from a very early age Mark decided to offer a repair service alongside the sale of parts and used vehicles.
In the beginning West 4×4 used to be an agent for Premier Supply which still trades today from their depot in Guildford.
We are currently local agents for Britpart Allmakes and Bearmach which are the major wholesale suppliers of Land Rover parts and accessories, both genuine and aftermarket, stocking over 5000 parts for current and past Land Rover vehicles.
We have grown into one of the UK’s leading Land Rover and Range Rover service and repair specialists and with a modern professional workshop, West 4×4 has the specialised Land Rover Diagnostic Software to include Systems Driven Diagnostics (SDD), Autologic, Rovacom, Hawkeye and Gap IID.
It’s all very well having all the diagnostic equipment unless you know how to use it! Our helpful and conscientious staff, will do their utmost to ensure that your experience as a customer is pleasant and enjoyable. Whether you are booking your car in for a routine service, repairs or just making an enquiry.
West 4×4 has full access to Land Rover’s online service history portal to keep your vehicle service history up to date. We are proud to say we have been accredited by Land Rover to program all security and power control modules which is normally only permitted by Land Rover’s main dealers.

Whats up!
Mark started West 4×4 back in 1995, being brought up on a dairy farm. Land Rovers have always been in his life. His Father owned a series 2 /2a and 3s progressing to a 110 Defender. Mark ventured into restoring a Land Rover 110 and people impressed by this, asked if he could repair their Land Rovers and West 4×4 was born.
Nice to Meet!
Caroline’s love for her two Collie dogs makes owning 2 Land Rovers ideal for moving them around, a Freelander 2 and a Defender 90 Hard Top which is in need of restoration (another Job For Mark !).
